M. Caitlin Embrich
Caitlin Embrich is a Founding Partner licensed to practice law in Illinois.
Mrs. Embrich graduated Magna Cum Laude from Saint Louis University in 2007, earning a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. While attending SLU, Caitlin worked at Anheuser-Busch and Wachovia Securities and was a member of Alpha Kappa Psi and the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Caitlin received her J.D. & MBA (cum laude) from Creighton University in 2010. During law school, she worked as an intern for the Federal Public Defender’s Office and the Douglas County, Nebraska Pretrial Release Program. In these positions, Caitlin worked with criminal offenders to obtain early release from incarceration and assisted offenders with work placement after release.
Following her admission to the Illinois bar, Caitlin worked as an associate attorney for The Law Offices of Susan Parnell Wilson in Belleville concentrating her practice on family law and estate work. Caitlin joined Sherer Law Offices in 2016 and became partner in 2018. Caitlin and Brittany Elliott founded Embrich & Elliott Law, LLC in June, 2023. Caitlin represents clients in Madison, St. Clair, Monroe, Macoupin, Jersey, Randolph and Clinton counties.
Caitlin practices in the area of family law, adoption, probate, estate planning, and evictions. Caitlin is also a licensed Mediator and Guardian ad Litem in the State of Illinois.
Caitlin lives in Swansea, Illinois with her two children. She is a sustaining member of the Junior Service Club of St. Clair County and has served on the board of directors. She is a member of the Illinois State Bar Association, St. Clair County Bar Association and Madison County Bar Association.
